women’s causes. She is from Solu Khumbu, the
Everest region of Nepal. After many years of guiding
trekkers and exploring different regions of Nepal,
she has become the vice president of the Trekking
Association of Nepal. She is the very first woman
to hold a prominent position in the industry. She
is the spirit behind this project. |

Incense story
In support of women's economic self-sufficiency,
we have begun a joint collaboration with Bandi
Nima Sherpa, a pioneering woman and an advocate
of women's rights, to produce natural handmade
Himalayan Incense in Nepal. The Himalayan Incense
collaboration hopes to provide crucial income
and financial support to displaced workers and
victims of the ongoing insurgency in Nepal.
